Pricing questions
What counts as a user?
Each plan has a seat limit per company: Starter 3, Team 10, Business 25. Everyone who joins your company uses a seat, and invitations that are still pending count too.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. The company owner opens Admin, then Billing, and picks Switch to another plan. Stripe adjusts the charge for the change.
How do I cancel?
The owner cancels under Manage billing in Admin, then Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so you keep using Salefy until then.
Where do I get invoices and receipts?
Stripe handles payments. Open Manage billing to see your payment history and update your payment method.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Where we have to charge tax, it is added and shown on your invoice.
