Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Salefy ([legal entity name and address]) when you use the Salefy website and CRM (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Salefy is a hosted sales CRM for small teams. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will not remove a feature your plan depends on without notice.
Accounts and seats
You create a company in Salefy and become its owner. Each plan includes a number of users (seats). You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for everything done under your company's accounts. You must give accurate information.
Free trial
New companies get a free trial of the Team plan with no card needed. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to keep using Salefy. See the pricing page for the current trial length and prices.
Payment and renewal
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where required. If a payment fails, you have a short grace period to fix it, after which your company becomes read-only.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not give refunds for the unused part of a period unless the law requires it. After that your company becomes read-only: you can still see your data, and you can choose a plan again to make changes. You can also ask us to export your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use Salefy to break the law, to send spam, to store content you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the Service, or to try to reach another company's data. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Your data
You own the data you put into Salefy. You give us permission to process it only to run the Service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export reports as CSV or PDF in the app. To get a full export of your data, email hello@salefycrm.com.
Availability
We work to keep Salefy running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free, and there is no service level agreement. We keep daily backups, but you should keep your own copies of anything critical.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Salefy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email account owners before it takes effect. Using Salefy after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your local law says otherwise.
