Audit log

Review every change to companies, contacts, leads, opportunities and contracts in Salefy, and restore records that were deleted by mistake.

Salefy records changes to companies, contacts, leads, opportunities and contracts. Each entry stores the record, the action, the fields that changed, who did it and when.

  • Everyone sees the history of a single record on its History tab.
  • Admins and owners see everything under Administration → Audit Log.

Filters

  • Entity: Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Contract, or All entities.
  • Action: Created, Updated, Deleted, Restored, Relation added, Relation removed, or All actions.
  • Date range: a from date and a to date.

The table is paginated.

Restore a deleted record

Deleting a record hides it from normal views, but Salefy keeps it. Entries with the action Deleted have a Restore button.

Go to Administration → Audit Log.

Set Action to Deleted, and Entity if you know the type.

Click Restore on the entry. The record comes back, and Salefy adds a Restored entry.

Restore works for the records listed above. Deleted documents can't be restored.

Retention

Salefy never deletes audit entries.
