Salefy
Using Salefy

Profile and settings

Change your photo and details, pick a language, connect your mailbox and link Google Calendar from your Salefy profile page.

Open your profile from the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar (Profile Settings), or press Shift+⌘P (Shift+Ctrl+P on Windows and Linux).

Profile

  • Profile Photo: drop an image into the upload area (up to 4 MB). Check the preview, then click Save photo, or Cancel to discard it.
  • Personal Information: edit Full name, Username and Company, then click Update profile.

Security

Salefy has no password of its own. You sign in with Google or an email code, so there is no password to change here.

Preferences

Choose your Language: English, Czech, German or Ukrainian. The interface switches right away and the choice is saved to your account.

Email Accounts

Connect your IMAP and SMTP mailboxes here. See Email for the steps.

Calendar

Connect Google Calendar so meetings with your contacts show up as Meeting activities.

Open the Calendar tab and click Connect Google Calendar.

Sign in to Google and allow access. You return to your profile with "Google Calendar connected."

The connection appears with its Google address and status. Inbound only means Salefy reads your calendar. Two-way means it also writes meetings you log in Salefy to your calendar.

The status line shows when the calendar last synced, or Waiting for first sync. If Google access is revoked or expires, it shows Needs reconnect. Click Reconnect to fix it. Disconnect removes the connection.

With Enable two-way sync on, a Meeting you log with a future date is created in your Google Calendar, and the linked contact receives a real invitation from Google.

Two-way sync sends invitations to your customers. Check the date and the contact before you save a meeting.
